新規事業を5月5日よりスタートします。
チョコレートを使う飲食店の皆様に、
より良い原材料(香り高いチョコレート)※乳化剤不使用。
をご提供出来たら良いなと思っております。
B to Bがメインですが、ワインバータイムにワインと合わせて楽しめるチョコレートも提供出来たら良いなと思っております。製造場所を午前中のDowntown で行います。
ショコラティエ兼マネージャーは、駒井が務めます。
Okinawa Cacaoで5年間チョコレートを勉強し、去年は、アフリカ、ウガンダ🇺🇬のカカオ農園で45日間研修にも行っているカカオ女子でございます。ワイン•鮨•カカオといったかなり専門性の高い食材を扱う事業になりますので、しっかりと皆様からの信頼を勝ち取れるプロフェッショナルな集団を目指して参ります。引き続き、どうぞよろしくお願いします。

今年の4月15日に東京で初開催のワインリスト賞に10部門中2部門でファイナリストまで残りました。
沖縄ではレストラン、ホテルを含めて、Downtown が唯一のファイナリストとなります。
特に、Sustainable Wine list部門では、日本の超有名レストラン3店舗と並んでのファイナリストとなります。(この並びは熱い🔥)

2017年にスウェーデンのストックホルムで設立され、世界中の優れたワインバーやワインレストランのワインリストを紹介するガイド。現在では40か国以上、2700以上のワインリストを記載。
こちらのガイドは、世界のトップソムリエやワイン専門家が審査を行い厳選した店舗を掲載しており、ワインラヴァーからは「ワインリスト版のミシュランガイド」とも称されています。
ファイナリストですので、まだタイトル確定ではございませんが、今後の勉強の為にも4月15日のセレモニーには参加したいと思います。

We are proud to share that Downtown has been selected as a finalist in two out of ten categories at the Star Wine List Awards, which will be held for the first time in Tokyo on April 15th.
Among all restaurants and hotels in Okinawa, Downtown is the only finalist, making this recognition even more meaningful.
In particular, we are honored to be named a finalist in the Sustainable Wine List category, alongside three of Japan’s most renowned restaurants — an incredible lineup we are thrilled to be part of.

Founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2017, Star Wine List is a prestigious global guide that highlights top wine lists from exceptional wine bars and restaurants around the world. Today, the guide features over 2,700 wine lists across more than 40 countries.
Each listing is carefully selected by a panel of leading sommeliers and wine experts, and the guide is often referred to as the “Michelin Guide for wine lists” by wine lovers.
As a finalist, the title is not yet confirmed — but I plan to attend the ceremony on April 15th, as it will be an excellent opportunity for growth and learning.
